  I took a HIIT class last night. It was great! I was impressed at the variety of ages and skill levels Johnny was able to accommodate. I get nervous visiting new gyms/fitness facilities but it was not intimidated here. I got the right amount of attention about some modifications I needed for my ankles and knees. They have some neat tech, it looks like people can track their heart rates on a screen in the front of the room, but I didn’t get the details on that. I’m totally going back. BTW veteran owned facility I think!
