  Called in to pre-order contacts upon my arrival I was greeted and helped very quickly. They looked into using my insurance for contact payment support which helped. I described to the associate that helped me I had lost my glasses and contacts were my only line of sight. Unfortunately I didn't prepare for the lull in shipping time. Leaving me with no contacts to spare. I offered to purchase (more) demo's in the meantime to get me through to no avail. Manager didn't even want to hear my case out. In the past other shops (Visionworks) helped out. I have terrible vision and wasn't able to buy demos to get me through. They did supply 3 days of dailies for a 7 day wait time. Not very happy.
